Cancellation & Reissue Policy:

Flight
  • GoZayaan follows the airline's cancellation and reissue policy.
  • Cancellation/ re-issue requests must be confirmed and executed 48 hours prior to the departure time. Otherwise, a no-show charge may apply based on the airline's rules.
  • Users can submit cancellation or reissue requests directly through the GoZayaan app via the 'My Booking' section. Requests will be processed only upon user confirmation.
  • A standard service charge may apply in case of any cancellation or reissue requests.
  • For the EMI method, the applicable EMI charge will be deducted from the payable amount.
  • After cancellation, customers will be eligible for a refund only for the remaining amount after deducting all applicable charges. Refunds will be initiated (if applicable) upon a successful cancellation.
  • Refunds will be processed for and reflected in the same payment channel used for the original booking.
  • For any kind of additional payment, convenience charge will be applicable depending on the payment method.
Hotel
  • GoZayaan follows the property's cancellation policy.
  • To cancel a booking, travelers must go to 'My booking > Cancel' and confirm the cancellation.
  • Cancellation charges may apply depending on the property and the time of cancellation.
  • Date change is not possible for any hotel booking. Travelers need to cancel the previous booking and rebook with the new date.
  • For the EMI method, the applicable EMI charge will be deducted from the payable amount.
  • After cancellation, customers will be eligible for a refund only for the remaining amount after deducting all applicable charges. Refunds will be initiated (if applicable) upon a successful cancellation.
  • Refunds will be processed for and reflected in the same payment channel used for the original booking.
Tour
  • GoZayaan follows the tour operator's cancellation policy. Please check the given policy under each tour before booking to know more about the applicable charges.
  • To cancel or date change, travelers are advised to email at [email protected]. The team will respond accordingly to resolve the issue.
  • For the EMI method, the applicable EMI charge will be deducted from the payable amount.
  • After cancellation, customers will be eligible for a refund only for the remaining amount after deducting all applicable charges. Refunds will be initiated (if applicable) upon a successful cancellation.
  • Refunds will be processed for and reflected in the same payment channel used for the original booking.
Visa
  • Visa charges and service charges are strictly non-refundable, regardless of the outcome of the application process. Once submitted, the application cannot be canceled or modified.
