Choose a Gift Card

Any individual can buy up to maximum 6 gift cards in a single transaction

The minimum purchase value is 500 BDT and maximum is 100,000 BDT

The validity is:

• 1 year from the date of purchase (If unscheduled/Purchased for oneself)
• 1 year from the scheduled date (If purchased for someone else and scheduled)

The gift card can be scheduled for up to 6 months from the date of purchase.

The card is only redeemable once and any amount left will not be carried over or stored.

Any booking made using the gift card is non-refundable.

Any number of Gift cards can be used to purchase on GoZayaan's platform.

In the event of the gift card code being unwillingly shared or stolen, only the user who purchased the gift card can request a change of the code and if it is redeemed before it could be canceled, GoZayaan shall bear no responsibility.

If there is any involuntary cancellation of the user's desired product at no fault of the user before the user could avail of it, GoZayaan will issue another gift card of the same value to the user. This issuance will be against the account which was used to redeem the gift card and not the purchaser.

Gift cards can only be used for online transactions. If a customer visits our Experience Center to make a purchase using the gift card, our Experience Center executives will assist them in completing the purchase online.

GoZayaan reserves the right to modify the status of any gift card, including but not limited to voiding, suspending, or canceling it, if any fraudulent, improper, or criminal activity is suspected at any stage of the booking and/or purchase process. This action may be taken at GoZayaan’s sole discretion without prior notice to the user.
