Refund/ Re-issue Policy:

Flight
  • GoZayaan follows airline's cancellation and reissue policy.
  • To cancel/ reissue, travelers are advised to confirm GoZayaan 48 hours prior to the travel date. Otherwise, no-show charge might be applicable depending on the airline's rule.
  • To cancel/ reissue, travelers need to call at +88 09678 332211 or knock on Messenger m.me/GoZayaanBD. Our team will initiate an email and solve the issue upon confirmation from the customer.
  • Cancellation fee/ reissue fee and a Standard service charge may apply in case of any change as per airlines policy. Cancellation fee/ reissue is shared by the airlines and may get changed at any time.
  • GoZayaan won't charge any additional service charge apart from the airline quoted fees. For the EMI method, the applicable EMI charge will be deducted from the payable amount.
  • Refunds will be initiated (if applicable) after a successful cancellation. The refund will be sent through the same channel that the traveler has used for payment. Depending on the channel type, the payment may take one to five working days to be reflected in the account.

*Convenience charge is non-refundable.

Hotel
  • GoZayaan follows property's cancellation policy.
  • To cancel a booking, travelers must go to 'My booking' > 'Cancel' and confirm the cancellation.
  • Cancellation fee may apply depending on the property and the time of cancellation.
  • Date change is not possible for any hotel booking. Travelers need to cancel the previous booking and rebook with the new date.
  • Booking for black-out dates are not cancellable or refundable.
  • GoZayaan won't charge any additional service charges apart from the hotel quoted fees.
  • For the EMI method, the applicable EMI charge will be deducted from the payable amount.

  • GoZayaan follows tour operator's cancellation policy.
  • To cancel or date change, travelers are advised to email at [email protected]. The team will respond accordingly to resolve the issue.
  • Please check the given policy under each tour before booking.
  • Booking for black-out dates are not cancellable or refundable.
  • GoZayaan won't charge any additional service charge apart from the operator's quoted fees.
  • For the EMI method, the applicable EMI charge will be deducted from the payable amount.
